Google has announced that it will give details on the upcoming Pixel 4 XL in October. But the media doesn’t give it a rest by keeping on updating leaks from various sources the whole week.
Youtube channel AhnHem TV started the leaks parade through a six minutes and a half video of the smartphone. Some details are blatant on the video, including the 6.23 inch screen with 3040 x 1440 resolution, Snapdragon 855 processor and RAM 6GB.
Another video from Youtube channel Rabbit TV teased us with three different colours of the upcoming phone. Apart from matte white, Google Pixel 4 XL apparently will be available in glossy black and matte orange.
If the two videos above were from Vietnam and Thailand respectively, China has also participated in the leaks of it. A Weibo account posted a photo of the alleged Google Pixel 4 XL with its own version of face recognition program.
An upcoming ace in the camera section for Google Pixel 4, as expected of a Pixel phone
As of today, September 15th, The Verge has received 21 more photos of Google Pixel. The informant denied that it was a fake. They insisted that it was an original prototype.
The phone reportedly will have triple camera lens. Just like iPhone 11, the three lens would be inside a square module. Rumored to be in the phone module are a 12MP standard camera, as well as 16MP telescope camera, ToF sensors and a flash.
Indeed, Google’s goal is to secure competitive edge in Smartphone markets through enhanced camera performance. It has once topped the “Selfie Index”, conducted by an evaluation company DxOMark through its Google Pixel 3 phone.
