The interviewer sometimes expects you to know something about the company. Tricky as it might be, the company does not really care about your understanding. Instead, it is better to state what mission or quality of the company that interests you or is suitable with yours. Elaborate it a bit.
Why They Should Hire You
Specifically for fresh graduates, companies will most likely be skeptical to hire you because millennials are known as job-hoppers. Therefore, it is a must for you to explain why you are better than other candidates. In so doing, be as reasonable as possible to refute the arguments. Acknowledge the speculation, but remind them about the relevant qualities you possess that make you worth their time.
What Your Goals are
Companies do not want to employ people who have no dream. Thus, explain your short and long term goals are, including where you want to be five years later and what you want to learn at this company. Thus, it will signify that you have calculated plans about yourself.
Why You Want to Work There
Although you are looking for a good amount of salary, do not directly say it. Instead, mention something related to certain skills you want to learn, certain challenges you are interested to overcome, or certain policies or qualities the company possesses that fascinate you. It will show them that you care more about self-development.
What Salary You Want to Get
Never give them a fix amount unless they ask you to do so. Instead, give them the range of salary you want to get plus the additional money for transportation or rent room. To know the exact range, you have to conduct a little research about the minimum wage, food price, transportation cost, and other expenses plus savings you need in a month in that particular area.
